Refunds & Cancellations

1. All orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours of the orders being placed.

2. Once the orders are shipped out, the orders cannot be cancelled and a return process has to be initiated.

3. All return requests must be placed within 3 days of the receipt of the item by the customer.

4. The customer has to bear the cost of shipping the item back to the merchant.

5. Once the item is received back at the merchant location, the item will be inspected for any damages.

6. Once the item has been inspected, the refund will be processed at the discretion of the merchant.

7. The refund will be credited back to the customer via the same payment method as the original order.
